What you'll be doing
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship and support to drive their success
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share in the North & Central Luzon Territory
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the NCL team, including customer relationship management, order processing, and logistics coordination
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales team leadership role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and achieve targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in data analysis and using sales performance metrics to drive business growth
- Familiarity with the national customers and logistics landscape in North & Central Luzon
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
