Oversee the functionality of the website, evaluate and manage website performance, and develop, maintain and update website content and e-commerce site. Duties include analyzing data, and look for opportunities to increase brand exposure, website performance and customer engagement.
JOB BRIEF
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Analytics and Website Management. Digtal Marketing Specialist are expected to have meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, and have content creation and writing skills.
The Digital Marketing Specialist must display an excellent understanding of content management systems (CMS) and technology infrastructures using CSS or HTML, comfortable troubleshooting the website and constantly improving the User Experience (UX), and User Interface of the website.
Responsibilities:
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organization's website
- Generate, edit, and publish engaging website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Keeping up to date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.
- Respond to website queries in a timely manner
- Oversee the overall website performance, and improve UI and UX regularly
- Generate monthly website report including leads, and recommendations
- Involvement in the establishment and maintenance of e-commerce site
- Coordinate with 3rd party agencies to ensure timely and effective implementation of website strategies
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in website design and management, and leads management
- Hands on experience in content management
- Knowledgeable in SEO, SEM, keyword research and Google analytics
- Knowledgeable in CSS and HTML
- Solid Experience in UI and UX
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Candidate must be graduate of Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, or relevant field
