About the Role:
HR Business Partner for Finance and Supply Chain
- Work closely with business partners in driving end-to-end department goals and objectives from Talent Acquisition, Performance Achievement/Management and People Development which includes but not limited to Talent Assessment, Workforce and Succession Planning, Coaching, New Employee Orientation and Employee Discipline.
- Facilitate and drive employee engagement initiatives within the organization aligned to overall business objectives.
- Ensure a strong positive employee experience with the assigned business partners and build sense of belongingness and empowerment.
- Identify, facilitate and escalate HR concerns and risk, resolve issues and request.
- Provides Employee Relations support in alignment with the company policies, guidelines, and applicable Philippines laws.
Compliance
- Develop, update and implement policies and processes around HR function
- Ensures all HR-related agreements are compliant to PH Legal Standards and Philippine Laws.
- Ensures all employees are trained and compliant to on the Code of Conduct and online compliance trainings.
Role Requirements:
- College/University graduate in the field of Business Administration, Human Resource or other related field
- Experience in building materials, FMCG or industrial environment preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment preferred
- At least four (4) years' experiences in Human Resources with at least two (2) years exposure in TA and L&D in a multinational company
- Including demonstrated experience in employee relations and HR business partnering
- Demonstrated experience in handling employee relations and dispute resolution as HR Business Partner
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (SuccessFactors) including reporting, configuration, and user management
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Has a strong numerical ability/reasoning and keen to details
- Good oral and written communication/presentation
- Self-motivated and agile learner
- Must be authorized to work in the Philippines
- Willing to work in a hybrid office set-up (4 days on-site, 1 day WFH)
- Professional HR certification (CHRP, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred
