Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Officer
Summary
The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Officer supports the Financial Controller to monitor and increase the company’s profitability. The FP&A Officer maintains commercial data records pertaining to pricing in SAP, is responsible for ensuring pricing is in-line with company policies and helps prepare commercial reports to provide the business with volume, revenue and profitability insights.
Knowledge Management
- Pricing Maintenance in SAP
- Monitor Customer Rebate and Promotional Programs
- Customer & Material master data management in SAP
- Identify products, customers, region and segments with highest profit margin
- Analyzing commercial results against historical, budget and forecasts to better understand company performance.
- Support Regular Sales Forecasting Activities
Reporting
- Monthly Commercial Data Review & Business Intelligence Reports (COPA)
- Volume, Revenue and Margin Reports
- Sales performance (regional, sales segment, customer) for Sales Incentive Reporting
- Sales Budget and Forecasting (2+10, 5+7, 8+4, 10+2)
- Monthly Pricing Accuracy Reports
- Adhoc Program and Rebate Trackers
- Adhoc Reports requested by Financial Controller
- Other management and sales reports
Coordination
- Finance team peers: information support and peer review
- Financial Controller: For required approval and any assistance/ support needed
- Other Department Heads: provide requested information accurately and timely.
Event Management
- Timely submission of regular reporting
- Timely provision of requested data & information
Communications
- Flag with Finance team critical items to be addressed.
- Communicate with the sales team the performance reports.

Qualifications
- Candidate must be graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equal
- With more than 3 years of experience working as an FP&A
- Analytical, detail-oriented and agile to the changing demands of the job
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skill
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus
