Technical Trainer

JOB OVERVIEW

The Technical Training Officer (TTO) is responsible for conducting Knauf Academy’s interior wall & ceiling modules according to the desired learning objectives & methodology. With its influence on training module developments, the TTO plays a vital role in attaining Knauf Academy’s Purpose through effective knowledge transfer. To succeed in this role, the applicant must have:

  • Passion for teaching and equipping others
  • Desire to learn and improve oneself
  • A background in the field of building & construction to be able to relate to learners
  • Knowledge on Knauf Academy modules which will be equipped through a train-the-trainer course to support and align practical and theoretical knowledge on the subject matter

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture or any building construction related courses
  • At least 2 years work experience in the construction industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge in interior wall and ceiling systems is a plus
