Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager works closely with senior management to increase a company’s efficiency and profitability by:
- Analyzing and sell price, cost of sales and margins to assist management in decision making
- Analyzing and controlling overhead costs within the business
- Assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term financial plans
- Assists the Finance Head in managing, processing and resolving issues regarding financial matters
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
‣ Knowledge Management
- Financial modelling to project short term, medium term and long term business outcomes
- Prepare business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions (such as pricing programs or promos)
- Communicate results and recommendations to increase revenue generation or reduce costs
‣ Reporting
- Mid-month & End of month preliminary results
- Contribution Margin Report (including Cost to Serve)
- Profitability Review & Business Intelligence Reports (COPA)
- Sales performance (regional, sales segment, customer) for Sales Incentive Reporting
- Budget, Forecast (2+10, 5+7, 8+4, 10+2) and Strategic Long-Term
‣ Planning
- Adhoc Reports requested by Head Office
- Other management and sales reports
‣ Business Partnering
- Subordinate team members: manages day-to-day performance and resolve issues.
- Finance team peers: information support and peer review
- Finance Head: For required approval and any assistance/ support needed
- Other Department Heads: provide requested information accurately and timely.
- APAC Region & Knauf Group Finance Department: various adhoc requests

- Timely submission of regular reporting
- Timely provision of requested data & information
- Ensure project milestones and goals are met

- Flag with leadership team critical items to be addressed
